i don't believe in magic i believe in workouts once you see results it becomes an addiction you don't get what you wish for you get what you work i know my limits i just don't pay attention to them believe you can and you will making excuses burns zero calories per hour you body can stand almost anything it's your mind that you have to convince you will never always be motivated so you must learn to be discipline you don't have to be extreme just consistent go the extra mile it's never crowded
